Participant ID Codes
If enabled by the administrator, the system will identify participants to you only by a unique, system-assigned ID code, and not by their name or email address for privacy reasons. Participants are made aware of this, and they are reminded to bring this code along with them when participating in studies, since the researcher will not know them by name.
3rd-Party Integration
Our integrations allows researchers to use the best tools for their research needs, while still managing sign-ups, qualifications and participant tracking in Sona Systems. Researchers can use our integration feature to allow participants to receive credit for their sign-up as soon as they complete the online study. Integrations include Qualtrics, SurveyMoney, REDCap, SurveyGizmo and more.
